When ordering, we will inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase. However, if, despite our vigilance, the products prove to be unavailable, we will inform you by email or by telephone as soon as possible.

All additional expenses such as: shipping, insurance and collection costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any complaint must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

The authenticity of all coins, banknotes, and medals is guaranteed.

In the event of a dispute, the two parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud.

The goods will only be shipped after receipt of the full invoice amount. The reserved merchandise will be put back on sale after 10 days if no payment has been received during this period.

Return of the goods:

As soon as the customer receives the ordered object, he must immediately check that everything is correct. If he finds a hidden or non-conforming defect with the goods ordered, he must immediately notify us.

Return costs for a non-compliant object will be at our expense.
Items returned damaged, damaged or soiled are not taken back.
In the event of loss of the item, the reimbursement will be made according to the reimbursement regulations of the Swiss Post.
